Dosage and administration

Side effects

Notify your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Avoid pregnancy while using telmisartan, as it may harm an unborn baby. Discuss the risks and benefits of this medication with your doctor if you become pregnant.
It is unknown whether this drug passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
