What are your hours of operation?

Are your prices in US dollars or Canadian dollars?

All prices appearing on the website are in United States Dollars.

Can I claim my medications shipped by through my insurance company?

Absolutely. Every order is shipped with a copy of the invoice which states the medication name, dosage, quantity and price along with shipping charges. You can then submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Do I need to send in my original prescription?

Once you have placed your order either by phone or online, you are required to fax us a copy or mail in your original prescription. Please mail your original prescription(s) to us at the following address or have your doctor fax a copy to us toll-free at +1-888-530-5688

Do you sell narcotics?

No, it is illegal to mail a narcotic.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we cannot ship overseas. We are looking into expanding our international shipping option.

Do you ship to Canada?

At this point in time we do not ship any of our products to Canada

How long are my refills good for?

You will have as many refills as your doctor has authorized you to have on the prescription that you fax to us. The maximum your doctor can authorize is a one year supply.

How long will it take to get my order?

Prescription orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your documents (including prescriptions). Once shipped, it will take approximately 2 – 4 weeks for delivery. OTC orders are shipped within 2 business days. All prescription orders are shipped via Express mail (similar to USPS Mail).

How much do you charge for shipping?

Any orders containing prescription items are charged at a flat shipping fee of $9.95USD, regardless of how many items.

If my spouse and I order, do I have to pay the shipping charge twice?

No, all family members living in the same household can register with one customer number, and get their medications delivered for one shipping charge of $9.95. However, each patient will have to fill a separate medical profile.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transaction secure. Our website utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized internet access.

What about sales tax?

No sales tax is charged.

What are generic drugs?

A generic drug is a similar version of the brand-name drug with the same dosage, safety, strength, quality, how it is taken, performance, and intended use. Before generics become available on the market, the generic company must prove it has the same active ingredients as the brand-name and works the same way in the body in the same amount of time.

The differences between generics and their brand-name counterparts is that generics are less expensive and may look slightly different (eg. different shape or color), as trademarks laws prevent a generic from looking exactly like the brand-name drug.

Generics are less expensive because generic manufacturers don’t have to invest large sums of money to invent a drug. When the brand-name patent expires, generic companies can manufacture a copy of the brand-name and sell it at substantial discounts.

What do you do with my personal information?

The personal information you give us will only be viewed by authorized employees of our company for the purpose of completing your order. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. In no way will we spam your email address or distribute to any companies who are associated with spamming.

Why do the pills I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?

Firstly, if you are used to Brand Name pills and you have ordered a Generic from us, the pills we send you WILL LOOK DIFFERENT. Generics do not look the same as the Brand Name products, even though they have the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENT. In addition, the same Brand Name pill may look slightly different coming from Canada. For example, Celexa 20MG is usually a peach colored pill, yet the Canadian pill is white and a little bit smaller than peach colored pill. Both pills are Celexa 20MG, both have the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENT, and both are made by the SAME COMPANY. But, for whatever reason, the manufacturer decided to make the Canadian pill a different color. Lastly, when comparing 2 different Generics, they WILL LOOK DIFFERENT if they are made by 2 different companies.

Can I return my medications if I no longer need them?

Because we work in conjunction with licensed pharmacies to protect the safety of you and other parties involved, once a prescription and non-prescription products have been dispensed it cannot be returned for any reason. Under the pharmaceutical law prescription drugs are not returnable. All sales are final. So before ordering (completing your order) please consult with your physician regarding your medications.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will order it from our supplier. If the item is not available from the supplier we will contact you and let you know.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally. We only ship medications within the United States.

How will the medications be delivered and how long will they take?

In addition to dispensing from a Canadian dispensing pharmacy, we also dispense your medications from international fulfillment centres that are approved by the regulatory bodies from their respective countries. We affiliate with dispensaries in the following jurisdictions that ship product to our customers: Canada, Mauritius, New Zealand, Australia, Turkey, United Kingdom, India and the United States.

How do I pay for my medication?

We accept payments through Personal Checks, International Money Orders, and Certified Checks. In addition, we will also accept E-checks.
