Product Description
Drug name: Jublia
Generic name: Efinaconazole
Strengths: 10%
Formulation: Topical Solution
Jublia: Nail Fungus
Jublia is a prescription antifungal agent. It’s used to treat toenail fungus infections that are mild to moderate.
Jublia works by inhibiting the formation of ergosterol, a substance present in the cell walls of the fungus. Fungi that lack ergosterol are unable to proliferate and finally perish.
Only fungal infections are treated with this medicine. Other infections, such as those caused by bacteria, will not respond to this treatment. Any medicine used to treat the infection that is used unnecessarily or excessively might reduce its efficacy.
How to Use Jublia
Before you start using jublia and each time you obtain a refill, read the Patient Information Leaflet and Instructions for Use, if available, from your pharmacist. Inquire together with your doctor or pharmacist if you’ve got any concerns.
Clean and dry the infected toenail before administering this medicine. After showering, bathing, or washing, wait at least 10 minutes before applying. Only use Jublia on the infected toenail as prescribed by your doctor, which is generally once a day for 48 weeks. If Jublia is given to a kid, it should be administered by an adult.
Apply to the affected toenail using the supplied brush. Make sure the toenail, toenail folds, toenail bed, and under the toenail’s borders are all thoroughly covered. After using it, wash your hands.
This medicine should not be applied to any other area of your body. If this happens by mistake, wipe away the medicine and thoroughly rinse with water.

Be sure to follow your doctor’s dosage and instructions about the use of this medication.
